JetPark Hotel Rotorua

the staff were lovely, we had a fantastic time away, i was really impressed with all the little touches to the room. And thank you for the birthday suprise in our room

The staff were delightful and were always eager to please. They were helpful and kind. The room was a great size and was well-serviced with very comfortable beds. We were a group of 24 together and stayed for six nights, so we had a good opportunity to give this hotel a chance to shine. The location of the hotel was brilliant with Woolworths across the road for the necessities. Cobb and Co, McDonalds, Burger King and Rotorua Central shops are all on the next block. The main town centre is an enjoyable walk all the way to Eat Streat where there are great restaurants to enjoy. The continental breakfast was good with a nice selection of options daily. The whole stay was excellent and we will be returning in 2026.

It was quiet, clean comfortable and most importantly safe. It was pretty close to everything you needed. Woolworths and bottle shop across the road and tour pick ups close by. Can walk to shops and Maccas. Management were fantastic and staff were really nice. And I liked they gave you bottles of real milk not 4 little pots of long life milk, the stuff you never have enough of. Thank you. It's the little things.

Room & ensuite bathroom were both comfortable & well equipped. Great range of toiletries. Secure /plentiful parking. Lift up to our room (on 2nd floor). Staff friendly and courteous - must make mention of one, in particular - a member of the cleaning team, who sorted out a problem we had with our room's coffee machine, and brewed us our first cuppa. This task probably fell outside of her job description, but she tackled it with aplomb and good humour.

The facility was excellent, the room was large and well presented. I loved that I had a bathtub in my room. It was also in a great location and was easy to find. The room also had a pod coffee machine and a kettle.
